Catch The Cash Training Academy is the premiere training resource for auto dealers related to IRS Form 8300 and anti-money laundering requirements.

The CTMS Academy includes two courses:

  • Catch the Cash – Cash Transactions for Sales Personnel:

    This course provides sales associates the understanding they need related to Form 8300 as well as the knowledge to do the right thing when dealing with money laundering and structuring situations. Our training is highly interactive and provides learners the opportunity to learn through real life situations. Each learner will have the opportunity to take a final assessment to help ensure they have learned the desired material on Form 8300 as well as a place to agree to corporate policy statement promising to adhere to corporate policy related to cash transactions and anti-money laundering. Our learning management system also provides reports that allow auto-dealerships to properly monitor their personnel’s training activity and completion.


  • Catch the Cash – Cash Transactions for F&I and Accounting Personnel:

    This course provides finance and insurance associates the understanding they need related to Form 8300 as well as the knowledge to do the right thing when dealing with money laundering and structuring situations. This course also teaches each learner the details of the Form 8300 to help ensure your dealership does not file inadequate reports and minimizes the chances of future IRS audit. Our training is highly interactive and provides learners the opportunity to learn through real life situations. Each learner will have the opportunity to take a final assessment to help ensure they have learned the desired material as well as a place to agree to corporate policy statement promising to adhere to corporate policy related to cash transactions and anti-money laundering. Our learning management system also provides reports that allow auto-dealerships to properly monitor their personnel’s training activity and completion.
